Pack Leaders are responsible for the wellbeing and care of our dogs, as well as the cleanliness and order of our facility. They supervise and care for dogs participating in daycare, boarding, and Positive Paws Enrichment Daycare. Pack Leaders report to the General Manager. After the initial probation period is successfully completed in daycare, additional training may be provided to Pack Leaders to expand their level of responsibility.
Additional training and responsibilities may include the following shifts:
Runner: A Pack Leader scheduled as a “Runner” is responsible for retrieving a dog’s leash and collar, and bringing them from the back of house to their owner in the lobby in a quick, courteous manner.
Kennel: A Pack Leader scheduled as “Kennel” is responsible for feeding, medicating, and providing general care for the dogs staying overnight. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly kennel area.
Overnight Attendant: A Pack Leader scheduled as an “Overnight Attendant” stays on premises during overnight hours. They are responsible for certain cleaning tasks, as well as the overall care and supervision of our dogs and facility overnight.
Positive Paws Enrichment Daycare Support: A Pack Leader scheduled as “Positive Paws Support” is responsible for working under the direction of the Positive Paws Shift Lead, to care for and work with the dogs enrolled in our Positive Paws programs.
Typical Shift: A Pack Leader is responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, covering daycare staff breaks, letting one-on-one dogs outside to potty, performing scheduled baths/nail-trims, and otherwise acting as a “floater” to ensure the day runs smoothly and all daily goals are accomplished.
Bather: Bathers are responsible for providing bath and a la carte services to our clients, including Baths, Brush-outs, Nail, Ear, and Tooth Care, etc. They are responsible for communicating with clients on their needs, performing in accordance with breed/coat standards, as well as notifying clients of any health concerns found during the bath.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both people and dogs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Checking customers in and out
Data entry and maintaining records
Cleaning and helping keep the facility organized
Providing excellent customer service
Schedule:
Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Alternating weekends required
